Our Event Planning Pricing Policy & Terms of Engagement

At Weds & More Events, we believe in transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable planning experience for both our clients and our team, please read and understand the following pricing policies and terms of engagement:

1.  Booking Fee: To secure your event date, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total package cost is required. This fee covers initial consultations, concept development, and reserving our time and resources for your event.

2.  Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.

3.  Change of Scope or Details: Changes to the agreed event scope, date, venue, or number of guests after confirmation may attract a revision fee. Major changes may require a re-quotation.

6.  Use of Client-Provided Vendors: Clients may choose to use their preferred vendors. However:

• We reserve the right to decline working with unverified or unprofessional vendors.

• We are not liable for vendor failures outside our approved list.

7.  Logistics & Out-of-Town Events: 

Transportation, accommodation, and feeding for our team will be charged separately for events outside our base city. This will be communicated clearly during booking.

8.  Vendor Payment Handling: If we are to handle vendor payments on your behalf:

• All funds must be provided upfront.

• We are not liable for any vendor-related issues resulting from non-payment or underpayment due to delayed fund release.

10.  Cancellation Policy: 

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit only the booking fee.

• Cancellations within 30 days will attract a charge of 50% of the total fee to cover work already done.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for event delays or cancellations due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). However, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust plans reasonably.
