Payment Terms:

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required to secure our services.

- The balance of 50% is due ten days prior to the event date.

- Our starting price for event planning and management is ₦100,000.

- Additional services or expenses incurred during the planning process will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy:

- If the client cancels the event more than five days prior to the event date, the deposit will be forfeited.

- If the client cancels the event less than five days prior to the event date, the client will be liable for the full event cost.

Scope of Work:

- Our event planning and management services include general event management,  venue selection, catering, decorations, etc.

- We will work closely with the client to understand their vision and preferences, but we reserve the right to make decisions on behalf of the client if necessary.

Client Responsibilities:

- The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and decisions in a timely manner.

- The client is responsible for ensuring that all vendors and suppliers are paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Liability:

- We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, venue cancellations, etc.

- We shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the actions of third-party vendors or suppliers.

Intellectual Property:

- All concepts, ideas, and materials developed by us during the event planning process remain our intellectual property.

Governing Law:

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State.

Entire Agreement:

- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

Amendments:

- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

Acceptance:

- By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
