1. Orders
    •    All orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for catering and large tray requests.
    •    Orders are confirmed only after payment has been made or a deposit is received (see Section 2).
    •    For urgent or same-day orders, availability is not guaranteed and may attract an express service fee

2. Payments
    •   Full payment is required for takeaway, delivery, and small orders.
    •    For catering and bulk orders:
    • A 70% deposit is required to secure your date and menu.
    •    30% balance must be paid at least 24 hours before delivery or event.
    •    Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp.

3. Deliveries & Pickup
    •    Delivery is available within Lagos and is charged based on location.
    •    Pickup is available at: 32 Simpson Street, Ebute Metta, Lagos.
    •    Kolly’s Kitchen is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or traffic.
    •    Please inspect your order upon receipt; once accepted, we assume it was delivered in good condition.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Orders cancelled 72 hours or more before the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus service charges).
    •    No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or event.
    •    In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, riots, etc.), rescheduling may be offered without penalty.

5. Menu & Pricing
    •    Prices are subject to change based on market conditions (especially for seafood, proteins, and imported ingredients).
    •    Final price will be confirmed upon order placement.
    •    All meals are prepared with natural ingredients, and no artificial additives are used.

6. Food Handling & Allergies
    •    All meals are prepared in a hygienic environment following best kitchen practices.
    •    Customers with specific allergies must inform us during ordering.

• Kolly’s Kitchen will not be held liable for allergic reactions not disclosed in advance.

7. Event Catering
    •    For catering, setup/serving staff and equipment rentals are available at additional cost upon request.
    •    Clients must provide accurate event details (location, time, number of guests, etc.) to ensure smooth service.
    •    Leftovers after events are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Intellectual Property
    •    All menu content, recipes, images, and brand materials remain the intellectual property of Kolly’s Kitchen.
    •    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
