GENERAL TERMS 

Our services are focused on bulk supply, group bookings, event catering, indoor/out door catering, drop off catering, private dinning, corporate events, parties, sport events, healthy food (vegan, the elderly, weight-loss) catering, buffet catering and family-sized packages. 

• We do not accept ingredients from customers.

• We accept 80–100% upfront payment before service.

• Any balance, where applicable, must be paid at least 2-3 days before delivery/event.

• Payment validates order/booking; no upfront payment, no order.

• For Delivery, a fee is applicable, Pick-up is Free.

• We open Mon-Sat : 9am- 6pm except on special occasions and bookings.

• We encourage all customers to book at least 3-7 days in advance to secure spot.

DROP-OFF CATERING POLICY 

• This involves delivering prepared meals/snacks/drinks in premium packs, to event/customers' location. 

• Delivery fee is applicable.

• Customer can opt to pickup the order, it's totally free to pickup.

• We are not liable to wait and serve meals at events under this category as we only deliver them.

Setting up and serving meals at event attracts a percentage for service charge.
