1. It is essential for the couple to lodge in the same hotel  
2. It is understood that Photography by Bright imagery is the exclusive, official photographer 
Retained to perform photographic services requested on this contract.  
3. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. 
Payment for prints is required in full/half at the time of placing an order.  
4. Original photographs are not included, only edits. The photographer retains the right to edit the 
photographs and omit any image. It is understood that the Photographer will not deliver every 
exposure taken.  
5. Client agrees to abide by the Photographer’s editing decisions.  
6. Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining desired photographs.  
7. The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to 
provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. 
8. Few edited soft copies will be sent after 7days 
9. 70% Deposit before the event 
10. 30% Balance after the event 
11. Delivery of the work in a minimum of four (4) weeks 
12. The client has up to 2 months to request pictures, album, videos, etc.  
13. If the work is not picked up within three months, Bright Imagery will not be held accountable for 
any loss of storage
