Payment Policy
10% of the total budget is required as a service fee (negotiable).
A 70% non-refundable deposit is required for the planner’s fee, with the 30% balance due after the event.
60% deposit of the event budget is required after signing the contract, while the remaining 40% must be paid at least 3 weeks before the event.
Terms & Conditions
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Planner’s fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a cancellation (as the date would have already been secured in the planner’s calendar).
Postponement: A 30% additional service fee will be applied if your event is rescheduled (to cover potential date conflicts).
Our services commence once the agreement is signed and the initial deposit is made, and they continue until the completion of your event.
