BRIDAL GOWN RENTAL – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Below are the official terms and conditions governing all gown rentals and bridal package services:
1. BOOKING & RESERVATION
Booking is confirmed only after payment (part or full, depending on vendor policy).
Gown availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Clients are encouraged to book early to secure preferred styles.
2. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment can be made via transfer or approved vendor methods.
Full payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.
All amounts paid for booking are non-refundable, except for refundable caution fees.
3. CAUTION FEE
A caution fee (₦25,000 – ₦40,000 depending on gown category) is required.
This fee is fully refundable after gown inspection and if no damages, stains, tears, or alterations are found.
Refund is processed within 24–72 hours after gown return.
If damages exceed the caution fee, the client must pay the balance of the repair or replacement cost.
4. GOWN USE POLICY
Gowns must be handled with care at all times.
No permanent alterations (cutting, dyeing, tightening, or loosening).
Temporary adjustments should be discussed with the vendor before use.
Gowns must not be used in muddy, dirty or hazardous environments.
Smoking, candle wax, and fire contact with gowns are strictly prohibited.
5. GOWN RETURN POLICY
Gowns must be returned on or before the agreed date.
Late returns attract a fee of ₦5,000 – ₦10,000 per day depending on gown grade.
Gown must be returned in good condition, with all returnable accessories:
Crown / Tiara
Veil
Robes (if marked returnable)
Jewelry (if marked returnable)
Little Bride items
Non-return of items attracts charges equivalent to their replacement cost.
6. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
Client is responsible for:
Tears, burns, stains, odor, broken zippers, or heavy damage.
Irreparable damage may attract full gown replacement cost.
Vendor is not liable for accidents, weather, or issues beyond their control during gown use.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the client cancels after booking, no refunds will be given for reservation or package costs.
However, the client may reschedule their booking within the same year subject to gown availability.
8. DELIVERY & PICKUP
Pickup and return locations will be agreed upon with the vendor.
Delivery attracts an additional fee depending on distance.
Clients must inspect gown at pickup and confirm it is in good condition.
9. BRIDAL SHOWER ITEMS
For packages that include bridal shower items:
All accessories marked “No Return” belong permanently to the client.
All “Returnable” items must be returned in same condition.
10. LITTLE BRIDE ITEMS
Little bride sets included in premium and full packages must be returned (except items marked "no return").
Any damage or loss will be deducted from the caution fee.
11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client agrees to:
Ensure proper handling of all items.
Use items only for intended purposes.
Communicate any issues immediately.
Return items on time and in proper condition.
12. PHOTOS & MEDIA USE
With the client’s consent, vendor may use gown photos or videos from the event for portfolio/advertising.
No content will be used without the client’s approval.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Vendor is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Sudden illness
Events beyond vendor control
14. AGREEMENT
By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts all Terms & Conditions.
