TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Working Terms:
* Deposit and Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit of the planning fee is required before any planning activities commence. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event .
* Service Coverage: Payment includes all services listed in each package. Any services not specified in the package will incur additional costs.
* Client Cooperation: The client should adhere to advice from the Sasilga Event planning team. If the client chooses to disregard this advice and makes decisions that could jeopardize the event, sasilgaevents will not be held responsible for any resulting damages. •
Guest Belongings: sasilgaevents is not responsible for the personal belongings of guests
during the event.
* Injuries and Casualties: sasilgaevents is not liable for any injuries or casualties
involving guests or attendees during the event, though they will provide assistance if
needed. • Venue Damages: Sasilgaevents will not be held responsible for any damages to the
venue caused by guests or attendees.
* Official Working Days: The official working days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays
and Sundays are days off, except in cases of urgent matters or events scheduled for those
days. • Official Working Hours: Working hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM. These hours are
subject
to change. If the client is located outside of Nigeria, mutually agreed-upon working hours
should be adhered to. • Weekly Reports and Meetings: Weekly reports and meetings will be
