• Packages are for single-day events. For two-day events, 60% of the original package price will be charged for the second day.
• A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your date. Booking is confirmed only after payment.
• Transport costs are covered by the client and will be discussed during booking.
• Video delivery on flash drive is optional; delivery cost borne by client.
• Hotel/accommodation costs are not included and should be provided by the client near the event location.
