• Servers / Waiters — ₦10,000 per head

📌 ADDITIONAL CHARGES & TERMS

• Service Charge:

• 100 guests and above — 18.5%
• Below 100 guests — 25%

• Table Setting — ₦2,000 per person (Standard Setup)
Includes: Charger Plates, Plates, Napkins, Glassware (2 cups), Standard Menu Card

• Overnight Setup — attracts additional charges

• VAT — 7.5%

• Logistics — depends on location

📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 30% commitment fee required upon booking
• 90% payment due 2 weeks before the event
• 10% balance payable 5 days before the event
• Client must provide water supply and 1 canopy
• Security and accommodation required for the team outside the base
• 30% fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled
• Additional services attract extra charges
• Quotation valid for 2 weeks only (subject to market changes

• Standard Menu Card (One-sided, rectangular, non-block colour) — FREE
• All other designs attract extra charges paid directly to the printing press:

• Die-cut cards
• Double-sided cards
• Block colour (especially black
