1. Consultation & Booking

• All dates are only secured upon payment of an initial deposit.

• Consultations, venue inspections, and planning meetings may attract separate fees depending on the scope of work.

• No booking is considered confirmed without a signed agreement and payment confirmation.

2. Pricing Structure

• Prices are based on the client’s event requirements, guest count, venue, logistics, production needs, and overall scope of work.

• Quotes provided are valid for a limited period and may be subject to review due to market changes, vendor price increases, or adjustments requested by the client.

• Additional services requested after approval of quotation will attract extra charges

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• Payment plans may be offered depending on the event timeline and package selected.

• Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services

4. Vendor & Logistics Costs

• Vendor fees, transportation, accommodation, logistics, and other third-party costs are billed separately unless clearly stated otherwise.

• Clients are responsible for covering any extra charges incurred due to venue restrictions, overtime, additional manpower, or last-minute changes.

5. Changes & Revisions

• Major changes to the event concept, guest size, venue, timeline, or décor requirements after approval may lead to price adjustments.

• Last-minute requests may attract urgent processing fees.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits made are non-refundable due to date reservation and planning commitments.

• Refunds on additional payments, if applicable, will be determined based on work already completed and vendor commitments made.

• In the event of postponement, payments may be transferred to a new date subject to availability.

7. Late Payments

• Late payments may attract additional administrative or service charges.

• Continued delay in payment may affect service delivery timelines and vendor bookings.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide accurate event details and timely approvals.

• Delays in communication or approvals may affect execution timelines and pricing.

9. Force Majeure

• We shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or emergencies.

10. Agreement

• By proceeding with payment and booking our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
