PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING & RESERVATION
• A booking is only confirmed after the required booking fee/deposit has been paid.
• A date is not considered reserved until payment has been received and confirmation has been given.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
2. PAYMENT
• A booking fee of 50% is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the agreed event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Services will not be delivered until all outstanding payments have been settled.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND
• Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable because the date is reserved exclusively for the client.
• If a client cancels after booking, any outstanding balance will not be required, but the booking fee will be forfeited.
• Where possible, a booking may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability and agreement.
4. RESCHEDULING
• Requests to change an event date must be communicated as early as possible.
• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply where the new date requires extra expenses or falls under a different pricing period.
5. OVERTIME
• Coverage is based on the number of hours stated in the selected package.
• Additional hours will attract an overtime charge.
• Overtime must be approved by the client and photographer.
6. TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
• Additional transportation, accommodation, parking, or other logistics expenses may apply for locations outside the agreed coverage area.
• Such expenses will be communicated to the client before the assignment where possible.
7. PHOTO & VIDEO DELIVERY
• Edited photographs/videos will be delivered within the agreed delivery period.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the size and nature of the assignment.
• RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed and paid for separately.
8. EDITING & RETOUCHING
• Basic professional editing is included according to the selected package.
• Extensive retouching, photo manipulation, album design, additional edits, or special requests may attract additional charges.
• Clients are encouraged to communicate special editing requirements before the assignment.
9. CLIENT COOPERATION
• Clients are expected to provide accurate event details, schedules and locations.
• Bolajisamuelphotography will not be responsible for missed photographs caused by delays, changes in schedule, restricted access, poor lighting, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside the photographer's control.
10. EVENT DELAYS
• If the client or event is delayed, the agreed coverage period may still apply.
• Additional time required because of client-related delays may attract overtime charges.
11. DELIVERY & STORAGE
• Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered files.
• Bolajisamuelphotography may not be responsible for permanently storing delivered files after the agreed storage period.
12. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
• Copyright remains with Bolajisamuelphotography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The photographer may use selected photographs for portfolio, advertising, social media and promotional purposes, subject to applicable client/privacy agreements.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
• Bolajisamuelphotography will not be held responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including serious emergencies, natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement photographer or reschedule the assignment.
14. CLIENT APPROVAL
• By making payment and confirming a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
