Terms and Conditions for DannyCrafty Photography Services

1.⁠ ⁠Booking and Payment

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.   

- Balance payment immediately after the event or service date.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

- Clients may cancel up to [24 days] before the event for a partial refund.

 - Cancellations within [10 days] of the event will forfeit the deposit.

 3.⁠ ⁠Rescheduling

   - Rescheduling is permitted with [10 days] notice, subject to availability.

   - Additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

 4.⁠ ⁠Delivery of Images

   - Final images will be delivered within [4 weeks] after the event.

   - Delivery will be made via [online gallery or USB Flash].

 5.⁠ ⁠Copyright and Usage Rights

   - Photographer retains copyright of all images.

   - Clients receive a limited license for personal use; commercial use requires prior written consent.

 6.⁠ ⁠Model Release

   - Clients grant the photographer permission to use images for marketing and promotional purposes.

   - Clients may request that specific images remain private.

 7.⁠ ⁠Liability

   - Photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages during the event.

   - In the unlikely event of cancellation by the photographer, liability is limited to a full refund of all fees paid.

 8.⁠ ⁠Weather and Environmental Conditions

   - Photographer is not responsible for adverse weather conditions affecting the shoot.

   - Alternative arrangements will be made in case of severe weather.

 9.⁠ ⁠Client Cooperation

   - Clients agree to follow the photographer's guidance during the event.

   - Failure to cooperate may result in Substandard results.

10.⁠ ⁠Additional Services

    - Any extra services requested beyond the agreed package may incur additional charges
