📌 Terms & Conditions – Pricing & Services

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

Balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the event or shoot.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling must be made at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours to the event will forfeit the deposit.

If we (Tunde Somotun Photography) must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

Logistics

Transportation costs apply for locations outside Lagos Mainland.

Home service sessions attract an additional logistics/travel fee, based on location.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos are delivered within 7–10 working days after the shoot/event.

Photobooks and frames take 14–21 working days for production and delivery

Image Use

Tunde Somotun Photography retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, social media, or marketing, unless a privacy agreement is requested.

Extra Hours

Any extra hour beyond agreed coverage will attract an additional charge of ₦20,000 per hour, payable before delivery.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to be ready at the agreed start time.
